The aim of the course is to provide the participants with an enhanced knowledge base and analytical tools for effective and legitimate crisis management with focus on civil emergency planning. The course is a part of the Swedish contribution to NATO’s Partnership for Peace (PfP) programme. There are no tuition fees for this course, however, participants are expected to cover their own travel costs and costs for board and lodging. A limited number of scholarships are available. The participants should come from a country within the PfP programme. However, if the number of participants from PfP countries is not filled, other countries may be considered.
